Emily Bartolo
MSW Practicum Student, (She/Her)
Emily Bartolo (She/Her) is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Toronto with a background in social work, education, and behavioural support. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Art from Elms College in Massachusetts.
Emily has worked with children and families across early childhood education and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) settings. Most recently, she completed a 10-month internship at the Boys and Girls Club Daycare Center, where she supported a diverse group of preschoolers and contributed to a research study on the behavioural impacts of COVID-19.
Through these experiences, Emily has developed a passion for helping individuals and families navigate challenges, build resilience, and discover new ways of expressing themselves. Her clinical interests include work with children and young adults, emotional regulation and art-based approaches, alongside evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioural techniques, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions.
