Elyse Goody brings over a decade of senior experience in communications, brand strategy, and project leadership to her role as Chief Brand Officer at Counselling & Behaviour. With a background spanning journalism, public relations, and executive-level brand partnerships, Elyse now applies her multidisciplinary skillset to build and scale impactful systems within the mental health care sector.
Before stepping into health operations, Elyse held national leadership roles at Apple Canada, UNIQLO Canada, Roots, and TJX (Winners & Marshalls), where she led integrated communications strategies, oversaw cross-functional teams, and executed large-scale campaigns across North America. Her ability to navigate high-stakes environments, manage stakeholder relationships, and implement thoughtful, brand-aligned processes has translated seamlessly into mental health operations.
At Counselling & Behaviour Services, Elyse oversees brand positioning, marketing and communications, partnerships, and experiential initiatives including events and workshops. As a co-owner of the organization, she plays a central role in expanding reach, strengthening community presence, and building sustainable pathways for growth that align with the organization’s values and clinical mission. Her focus is on ensuring that visibility, credibility, and access grow together.
Elyse holds a Bachelor of Journalism with High Honours from Carleton University and has received multiple mentorship and marketing innovation awards. She believes growth in health care should be intentional, relational, and values-led, amplifying impact without compromising integrity or care quality.
