Whether you're supporting students, clients, patients, or employees, the ability to respond effectively in challenging moments is one of the most valuable professional skills you can develop.

Counselling & Behaviour offers interactive, simulation-based workshops for schools, healthcare organizations, community agencies, disability service providers, and workplaces. Our training equips professionals with practical, evidence-based skills to confidently navigate mental health concerns, emotional dysregulation, behavioural challenges, crises, and difficult conversations.

Unlike traditional professional development, our workshops don't stop at teaching concepts. Participants actively practice new skills through realistic simulations that mirror the situations they encounter every day, helping bridge the gap between knowing what to do and having the confidence to do it.

The D&D Social Lab is a therapist-guided program designed for young adults who want to get better at navigating real-world interactions in a way that feels natural and engaging.

Using Dungeons & Dragons as the structure, participants take part in a collaborative campaign where social challenges unfold in real time. Each session becomes a practical opportunity to build skills, test strategies, and reflect on what works.

This is a space for people who are intelligent, self-aware, and motivated, but find social environments confusing, overwhelming, or hard to break into.
