Natalie Links, BA, MSW, RSW, is a Toronto-based psychotherapist and social worker with a robust background in mental health, addiction recovery, and community-based care. Currently serving as a Shift Lead with the City of Toronto's Shelter, Housing, and Support division, she brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating complex life challenges.

Natalie's academic journey includes a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University. Her professional path has encompassed roles such as Assistant Team Lead at St. Michael's Homes, where she contributed to addiction recovery programs, and a Social Work Intern at the Toronto District School Board, focusing on youth mental health.

At Counselling & Behaviour Services, Natalie provides accessible and inclusive psychotherapy, specializing in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), disabilities, and complex diagnoses.
