Eleanor Zhang
Eleanor Zhang (She/Her) is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Toronto with a background in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She is interested in working with teens, individuals, and couples, and has a particular interest in supporting adolescents through puberty and other life transitions.
Eleanor is drawn to trauma-informed work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, and is especially interested in how mental health is shaped by behaviour, culture, identity, relationships, and change across the lifespan. She values thoughtful, collaborative care and strives to create a space where clients feel understood and supported.
