π

The D&D Social Lab is a therapist-guided program designed for young adults who want to get better at navigating real-world interactions in a way that feels natural and engaging.
Using Dungeons & Dragons as the structure, participants take part in a collaborative campaign where social challenges unfold in real time. Each session becomes a practical opportunity to build skills, test strategies, and reflect on what works.
This is a space for people who are intelligent, self-aware, and motivated, but find social environments confusing, overwhelming, or hard to break into.
What Youβll Work On
Navigating conflict and disagreement without escalation
Understanding tone, body language, and subtext
Moving beyond black-and-white thinking
Building confidence in group settings
Learning how to enter, stay in, and exit conversations
How It Works
Each session includes:
Structured gameplay
Real-time coaching and support
Guided reflection to connect in-game experiences to real life
This is not about forcing interaction. Itβs about building it, step by step, in an environment that is structured, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable.
