πŸ“… Every Saturday from May 23 to June 27, 2026
πŸ•– 1:00 – 5:00 PM
πŸ“ Counselling & Behaviour Clinic
3300 Yonge St #300, Toronto

The D&D Social Lab is a therapist-guided program designed for young adults who want to get better at navigating real-world interactions in a way that feels natural and engaging.

Using Dungeons & Dragons as the structure, participants take part in a collaborative campaign where social challenges unfold in real time. Each session becomes a practical opportunity to build skills, test strategies, and reflect on what works.

This is a space for people who are intelligent, self-aware, and motivated, but find social environments confusing, overwhelming, or hard to break into.

What You’ll Work On

  • Navigating conflict and disagreement without escalation

  • Understanding tone, body language, and subtext

  • Moving beyond black-and-white thinking

  • Building confidence in group settings

  • Learning how to enter, stay in, and exit conversations

How It Works

Each session includes:

  • Structured gameplay

  • Real-time coaching and support

  • Guided reflection to connect in-game experiences to real life

This is not about forcing interaction. It’s about building it, step by step, in an environment that is structured, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable.

  • 6 weekly sessions

  • Small group (limited spots)

  • Led by experienced clinicians

  • Ages 18–30 (flexible)
